Oly Nutrition currently ships eligible physical products within the United States.

Shipping options, rates, and availability may vary depending on the products in your order, your delivery address, and the shipping method available at checkout.

Digital products, including downloadable nutrition guides, are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping.

Local Pickup Availability

Oly Nutrition may offer Local Pickup as an option at checkout for eligible orders.

Local pickup is available only when shown during checkout. If local pickup is not available for your order or location, you must select an available shipping method.

Local pickup is currently free of charge unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Pickup Location

Orders selected for local pickup must be collected at the pickup location provided during checkout or in your order confirmation.

If the pickup location changes, Oly Nutrition will notify the customer using the contact information provided at checkout.

Pickup Hours

Pickup is available during the hours displayed on the website, during checkout, or in your order confirmation.

Please do not arrive for pickup before your order is confirmed as ready.

How Local Pickup Works

To use local pickup:

  1. Select Local Pickup at checkout if available.
  2. Complete your order.
  3. Wait for confirmation that your order is ready for pickup.
  4. Bring your order number or confirmation email when picking up your order.

Orders will not be released until they are ready and verified.

Pickup Verification

For security purposes, we may ask for:

  • Confirmation email
  • Name used on the order
  • Phone number or email associated with the order

If someone else will pick up your order, please contact us in advance with their name and authorization.

Unclaimed Pickup Orders

Orders selected for local pickup should be collected within a reasonable time after they are marked as ready.

If an order is not picked up, Oly Nutrition may contact the customer to coordinate pickup.

Orders that remain unclaimed for an extended period may be canceled, restocked, or handled according to our store policies. Refund eligibility may depend on the type of product purchased and the condition of the order.

Digital Products

Digital products, including nutrition guides, ebooks, downloadable files, and educational materials, are delivered electronically.

No physical shipping or local pickup is required for digital products.

Due to the nature of downloadable digital products, all digital product sales are final once the product has been purchased and delivered or made available for download, except in cases of a verified technical issue, duplicate charge, or delivery error.
