This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, replacements, cancellations, and digital product issues are handled by Oly Nutrition, operated by OLY3 LLC, a Florida company.

General Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for health, hygiene, and safety reasons, Oly Nutrition does not accept returns of opened, used, or partially used products.

Proteins, supplements, and consumable products must remain unopened, unused, sealed, and in their original condition to be considered for any return, refund, or replacement review.

All return or refund requests must be reviewed and approved by Oly Nutrition before any product is returned.

Claim Window

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Full name used on the order
  • Email or phone number used at checkout

  • Photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label, when applicable

Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement

Oly Nutrition may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit when one of the following issues is verified:

  • Wrong product received
  • Product arrived damaged
  • Order lost in transit and confirmed by the shipping carrier
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Verified fulfillment or delivery error caused by Oly Nutrition

Each case will be reviewed individually. Approval is not guaranteed and depends on the details and evidence provided.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Opened products
  • Used or partially used products
  • Products with broken or removed seals
  • Products returned without prior authorization
  • Products not in their original condition
  • Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing, unless confirmed by the carrier
  • Dissatisfaction related to taste, texture, smell, flavor, sweetness, mixability, or personal preference
  • Products purchased through unauthorized sellers or third-party marketplaces
  • Gift cards, promotional items, or free items
  • Digital products, except as described below

Digital Products and Nutrition Guides

Oly Nutrition sells digital products, including nutrition guides, ebooks, downloadable files, and educational materials.

Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping.

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final once the purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered or made available for download.

Digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of:

  • Verified technical issue
  • Duplicate charge
  • Delivery error
  • Incorrect file provided by Oly Nutrition

Cancellations

At Oly Nutrition, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase, as long as the order has not already been processed, packed, shipped, prepared for pickup, or digitally delivered.

Once an order has been processed, packed, shipped, prepared for pickup, or digitally delivered, it can no longer be canceled.

Oly Nutrition reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests submitted after an order has entered processing, fulfillment, shipping, pickup preparation, or digital delivery.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, PayPal, Stripe, or payment provider.

Oly Nutrition is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, or financial institutions.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error caused by Oly Nutrition or unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If a replacement is approved due to an error caused by Oly Nutrition, we may cover the replacement shipping cost.

If an order must be reshipped because the customer entered an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, lost in transit, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us as soon as possible.

For packages lost in transit, refund or replacement eligibility may depend on confirmation from the shipping carrier.

Oly Nutrition is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier, unless the carrier confirms a delivery issue or shipping error.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and current shipping address at checkout.

Oly Nutrition is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, we may contact the customer to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Do not discard the product or packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Refunds will not be issued because a customer did not experience a desired result or because of personal preferences related to flavor, taste, texture, smell, sweetness, or mixability.

Unauthorized Returns

Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted, refunded, or returned to the customer.

Promotions, Discounts, and Final Sale Items

Promotional items, discounted products, bundles, clearance items, free gifts, and final sale items may not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless they arrive damaged, incorrect, or defective.

Discount codes and promotional offers cannot be applied retroactively after an order has been placed.
